A local investment firm this week filed plans to build a 168-key Courtyard Marriott hotel near the University of Southern
The Relevant Group recently filed plans to build an 87-unit affordable housing complex in South Los Angeles. The development site located at 4225 S. Broadway was originally purchased by the Hollywood-based developer in July for $1.5 million.
South Los Angeles developer Haroni Investments has filed plans to build a 79-unit mixed-use apartment along Crenshaw Boulevard. The proposed five-story building is the latest in a string of development projects that Haroni has put forward over the last two years in South LA.
