Following this summer’s blockbuster trade, former Laker point guard Lonzo Ball sold his 14,636-square-foot South Los Angeles warehouse for $4.3 million.
Originally purchased in 2017 for $3.5 million, the warehouse has 8,085 square feet of office space and 24 parking spaces.
Previously featured on the Ball family Facebook series “Ball in the Family”, the warehouse served as the distribution center for the Big Baller Brand clothing company.
Aside from Ball’s trade from the Lakers, the sale also comes just months after Ball cut ties with Gregory Alan Foster, a part owner of BBB, over concerns that Foster took $1.5 million from the basketball player’s personal and business accounts. [LAT] — Gregory Cornfield
