A new 45-unit supportive housing complex developed by PATH Ventures recently wrapped up construction in Jefferson Park.
Named the PATH Villas Montclair, the development will not only provide chronically homeless residents with housing, but desperately needed access to on-site supportive services including case management, life skills training, and substance abuse counseling.
Located at 4220 Montclair Avenue, the five-story complex features 45 studio apartments, a roof deck, landscaped courtyard, and community lounge with a kitchen.
According to reporting, funding for the $40 million project was provided by a mix of sources including Pacific Western Bank, Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA), and the Corporation for Supportive Housing.
