Inglewood-based architectural company, Aero Collective recently announced that construction has begun on a five-story, mixed-use apartment building, just a few blocks from the K-Line’s Hyde Park Station.
Located at 3475 W. Slauson Avenue, the development will include 63 apartments featuring a mix of studio, one- and 2-bedroom units. Seven of the units will be reserved for very low-income affordable housing.
The building, which will feature a terracotta exterior with black accents, will also include approximately 5,000 square feet of common area space – including a community room, rooftop deck, and 27 parking spaces.
Purchased for just over 2.2M in November 2019, the property was formerly used as an auto repair shop.
